For the warmup, I did 3 dead hang pull ups, 3 butterfly kip attempts, 5 muscle-up rows, the last two exercises were new for me. Butterfly kips are difficult, and I really didn't get any, but it was fun trying. The muscle-up rows took some time to get used to, and are pretty darn tough. Fun warmup today.
320 for the Dead Lift, which is heavier than 85% of my 1RM of 350, it's 85% of 368. I definitely struggled with the weight, but kept pretty good form for all the sets.
WOD:
Finished 6 rounds + 7 + 12, which is an inch shy of 7 rounds. This was tough workout. I started out flying on the first 2 rounds, but was pacing my self on the 3rd. The last round, I was doing a burpee, then a box jump. Thoroughly enjoyed that workout, and I pushed myself pretty good. I could have gotten 7, but not much more.
A nice hour of work today.
