165lb. I failed at 170, I know that is my previous 1RM. We will have to work on strength on the press.
WOD:
Finished with 8 Rounds. This was an easy WOD to pace. I figured I would go easy on the Row, and work through as fast as I could on the Squat Cleans, which was a good strategy. If I had pulled all out on the row, I figured I'd be slower on the cleans, so it was a balance. I did a Squat clean to Thruster for every rep, 115 is fairly light. I did most rounds unbroken as well, which really helped my time.
At the end, it was a good WOD, but I wish I pushed a little harder. I doubt I could have gotten another round in, but perhaps a little more of a row in.
Cash Out:
After doing HSPUs, 1RM Press, and 40 overheads with 115, I figured I wasn't going to set any records on the Pullups, and I didn't. My best set was 20, I think I got 14 on the next. It was good to get a decent amount of pullups in, can't get enough of those.
