Row - Clean - Burpees

210lbs, which is about 85% of 250lbs, which is what I WANT my 1RM Squat to be.  I know I am more like 240, but you gotta go past your limit.  210 was a good weight, could have maybe gone 215.

WOD:
Finished 8:49 - Cleans 90lbs
I didn't look forward to this WOD, my legs are shot.  I felt a TON better going through the workout than yesterday, I guess that's what working out in a group does for you.  I hammered the Rows, felt strong on all rounds there.  I only broke on the second round of cleans, the first and last rounds of cleans were unbroken.  The burpees were slow, and deliberate the whole time.  I broke, but I only paused when I had to, and it was only for a breath or two.  I think if my legs were a little stronger, I would have cycled through the burpees faster.

This would have been more intense if I did 100 pounds instead of 90.  It was funny, the last round of cleans I had one rep where I really pulled too strong and hit my chin, should have done more weight.
