Did 175lb for the Front Squat. I was unsure of where I should be, but it felt about right.
WOD:
I was not looking forward to this workout, so here come the executes. First, my forearms and lats were still zapped from Sunday's Angie. My back was really sore. Second, I didn't have any tape, so I had to wear my gloves, which always seems to take some away from my pullups. Third, I still suck at pullups.
Finished: 9:54. I hit a good pace on the 1000m Row, finished under 3:30, which was my target. The pullups were a grind. Did ok on the first round, then stunk it up the rest of the way.
I am glad I got to beat up my lats some more, just need to remember that tape, I know I can do better.
Cash Out:
I actually did pretty good on the 50 Burpee Wallballs, even though I never did one before, finished 4:05. I just hit my pace as I usually do with the burpees and went unbroken through them.
