Started right off at 165. I worked on cleans just last week, and worked at 160 and 165, so I figured that's where I would be. Man, was I wrong, I *killed* the 165. Next time, we need to be at 170 or 175 for the 3.
WOD:
LOTS of people at the 7AM session, and only 5 rowers, so I had to wait, which was ok. Man, it is fun watching the crossfit newcomers attack the workouts.
Finished 10:34. I was really hoping to get sub-10. I kind of eased the row, trying to stay just under 2:00 the whole time. I figured I would make up time on the Box Jumps, especially if I was fairly fresh coming off the rower. All box jumps were unbroken, I have those down cold.
I definitely need to fine tune my Row, I know there are some mechanics I can improve on to shave seconds off my split, while exerting the same energy.
Cash Out:
I didn't cash out today, I was running late on the WOD and had to get to work. Tomorrow is my Run / MetCon workout, so I will make it up then.
