Again, this is an "off strength" week, so just the WOD.

400m Run
25 Burpees

75 Box Jumps
Results:
Finished total in 18:25. I did pretty well on the Run and Burpees part, finished in 12:40. I actually forgot about the box jumps, luckily Micah reminded me before I lost too much time. I lost about 10 seconds, but that wasn't too bad. I started the box jumps around 14:50, finished up at 18:25, so it took about 3:25 to do 75 24 inch box jumps.
I actually liked this WOD as it was one of the few that I was able to find a good pace. I ran pretty hard every 400, and went right into the burpees and back out again. You can catch your breath on the first 100m or so of the Run, then finish the last 300m of the run pretty strong.
On The Box Jumps, I was again hitting a good pace. I may have been a beat slow on the Box Jumps, but I didn't break, just worked my way through them.
