TGU - K2E

Buy In:

WOD:
5 Rounds
6 TGU (3 each side)
10 K2E

Cash Out:
4x8 Burpee Box Jumps - 24", 45 second rest

Buy In:
I was astounded at my push press strength.  I did 135 easy, then did 145 for 3 sets, could have even done more.  That puts my 1RM Press at 165 pounds, which is rediculous.  I gotta get a Crossfit Total in.

WOD:
Never did a Turkish Getup before, so this was a slow workout, but I learned a new movement so that's always good.  I only did a 25lb KB, which was pretty light, but I was really focusing on the movement, not the weight.  Will move that to 35lb next time and progress up as I get comfortable with the move.

K2Es were ok, I went unbroken the first 3 rounds, broke once the 4th, twice the 5th.  By the 5th round, my grip was shot.

Finished 10:39.  Slow, but I'll take it.

Cash Out:
I blasted through the burpee box jumps, even though it was a 24 inch box.  I don't know what got in to me, but man I hammered these out.  No real time on this, but I loved this move.
