5 Rounds
15 Pull ups
20 55lb KB Swings
30 Situps (Abmat anchored)
Results:
Finished 16:25.
The Pull Ups were supposed to be CTB, I did the first 15 CTB. In the second round, at the 5th CTB pullup my right hand went numb, never had that happened before, perhaps my tape was too tight around the wrist? I did pause for about 25 seconds and shook it out and I got the feeling back, so I did the rest of the pullups chin over bar.
The KB Swings I did the first round unbroken, then broke once (10/10) the last 4 rounds.
All Situps were unbroken.
This was a tough workout. Disappointed with the pullups, I still have to break a lot, but I continue to work on them CONSTANTLY. The last two rounds I did 5 then 2,2,2,2,2, which just eats at your time.
