Crossfit Total

1RM Back Squat
1RM Press
1RM DeadLift

Results:
I last did this 1 full year ago.  I believe my total was around 680-690.  This year, 793.

Back Squat - 261 - Hit depth, a little more back than I wanted on the way up.  I think this is about 30 pounds better than 1 year ago.  Not bad, but I only recently started doing a lot more on the strength side.  We should push for 300 next year.

Press - 171 - Failed at 175.  This is a little more than I thought I would do, last year I think I was at 145 or 150, so this is 20+ pounds better than a year ago.  Should shoot for 185 next year.

Dead Lift - 361, Failed at 371.  I think this is 60 lbs heaver than last year, which is great.  I never did dead lifts regularly, so it was easy to improve upon.  I nailed 361, almost too easy.  My form was thrown on 371, but I know I can get that 371, so I am going to use that as my *new* 1RM for strength workouts.  Should shoot for 400 next year.

I added over 100 pounds to my total in a year, which is pretty good considering I didn't come in a complete slouch.  I must improve my squat strength, that is my weakest movement.
