200 Pushups with a twist

Buy-in:
5 sets of 15 Double Unders, Unbroken

WOD: 
For Time
200 Push ups

Do 10 Sit ups every break.

Only missed 2 rounds, the rest were easy.  Double Unders are hard in my crowded garage as I tend to circle around a bit.  Should buy-in with rounds of 20 DUs next time to make it a little harder.

18 breaks = 180 Sit Ups

This is a fairly simple WOD to do from home, really works the shit out of your chest.  I was less worry about total time, and getting as many as I could each set, so I shook it out before diving into the push ups.
