Did the first set at 120 which is 75% of 160, then bumped it up to 130 for the last 4 as I miscalculated my 1RM.  I did this for the first time wearing my new Tigers (sneakers), and the feedback from the lift was night and day compared to my cushy running shoes.  I really would like to work on a split jerk, I think it gives me more stability than the push jerk, so I can theoretically do more weight comfortably.

WOD:
The shuttle runs were short, and not bad at all, more like a warm up than anything else.  Most of us finished about the same time, so the time was irrelevant here.

Finished the 50 inverted burpees in 6:09, which was pretty good considering I never did one before.  I did assist on a fair bit (10-15) with my right hand, but I consciously focused on rolling up without assisting at the end.  Fun little movement.

I didn't do 6x2 with the progression, but jumped right in, and guess what, I did 5 muscle ups!  Not sequentially, but a rest in between each.  I missed on 2 or 3, but the last 4 I did without a miss.  That is AMAZING, considering I only ever did 1 before, and that was a LONG time ago last May.  I always knew that the movement is more technique than power, I guess it just clicked today.  My guess is, if I try it again, it won't click, but we shall see.  Hopefully, I will get a pic up soon.
