38 seconds, 32 seconds.  This was pretty easy, I actually planned on doing 4 rounds, but then quickly realized my shoulders were getting fatigued, and cut it to two.  Next time, we should do a different buy in.

WOD:
Let me start by saying, this workout sucked, really really bad.  After the third round (8 reps), I really wanted to quit.  I don't know if it was the freezing cold of my garage that got me, not working out in a group, or what, but I really wanted to stop.  That said, it took a lot of will power to push through, but I finished.

Here's the kicker in this workout, you have cardio, followed by cardio, followed by cardio.  There is no rest, no muscle fatigue, just really hits your wind.

For the CTB, I probably did about 45 out of the 54 reps actually CTB, the rest of them I got way up, just didn't manage to pull in to touch my chest to the bar.  Every round was broken, I usually started out with 3, then 2s.  I noticed with the CTB that you really gotta attack the bar focusing on using your body to get up.  It's almost a crazy, violent kip to bring you to chest level.  I think this is a general problem with my pullup, I tend to focus more on the pull movement, as opposed to the kip action of knees - hips - drive.

The KB Swings was 55 pounds (1.5 pood), my new toy, and all rounds were unbroken.  No real problems there.

The Burpees sucked.  First, because I was gassed from the CTB and KB swings.  Second, because my legs were a little fried from yesterday.  Regardless, I moved through them slower than I'd like to admit.

In the end, I moved more slowly through the WOD (especially 7-1) than I like to admit.  The silver lining there was I finished, despite a strong impulse to stop.  Finished 14:30, but that should easily be in the low 13s.  I am going to classify this as a 5 star workout, simply because how badly I wanted to give up (which is an indicator about how bad this sucked)  One other note, I did this from home (yay!).

Cash out:
Tabata Situps - Finished 12 in each round, nice little cash out there.
