Tabata Squats - Slap Pushups - Strict Pullups

Buy In:
Dead Lift 5x4 @75%

WOD:
Tabata Squats
5 Rounds
7 Slapping Pushups
7 Strict Pullups

Cash Out:
3 250m Row, 1 minute rest

Results:

270 lbs - Not bad, I could have possibly done more as I was shooting for 75% of 360, which is 10 lbs more than my 1RM, but I don't think it is meant to be a true strength tester.

WOD:
Tabata Squats - Finished 17.  I actually went 19,19,19,19,19,19,18,17.  The last set was awful, I should have aspired to 18 and would have no problem there.

Finished 4:10.  TOUGH, tough WOD, really exposed my pullup strength.  I used a very light band for help.  The first set I did 7 straight, second I broke once, then the last 3 kept getting harder.  The last round I was mostly ones, nasty.  Did ok on the pushups, they were tough the last 2 rounds, but I worked well the first 5 rounds.  Gotta get them pullups up!

Cash Out:
I was nautious after the WOD, so I went second for the cash out.  Nailed the rows, finished 48,50,50 for each of the 250s, which isn't bad, especially after everything else.  I definitely went all out on the rows, which was a nice way to finish up the day.
