Push Press - Double Unders - Wall Ball

Deadlift 3x3 @85%

WOD:
3 min max reps push press
+
10 Min. AMRAP
20 Double Unders
20 Wall ball

Cash Out:
50 KB Swings

Buy In:
I as usual did more than I should on the deadlift, trying to up that strength.  I worked out with about 330.  I got 3 on the first two sets, only got 2 on the 3rd.  Gotta keep pushing those Dead lifts to get to 400 by year end.

WOD:
Absolutely killer WOD.  Did 89lb on the Push Press, got 52 reps in 3 minutes, which isn't too bad.

Got 6 rounds + 20 + 11 on the AMRAP.  I think I paused more than I should have, that's the problem with AMRAPs, it's hard to set a pace.  By the fourth round, I was struggling to get started on my DUs, which hurt my time.  I should have gotten 7+ on this workout.

Cash Out:
Jay was tough today on the cash out, only gave us 2 minutes to recoup before hitting the KBs.  I did 50lb KB swings, and finished in 2:03.

Nice, wicked workout.

BTW, did this Thursday, not today.
