Death By Sprint

Buy In:
8x2 Snatch Balance

WOD:
10 meter Death By Sprint.
10m First Minute
20m Second Minute
30m Third Minute
etc. until you cannot finish

Cash Out:
5x2 Muscle-ups

Results:
Snatch Balance - Worked up to 155lbs, I never did them before so I had no idea what to expect.  I did 95,115,115,125,125,125,145,155.  I kinda got the hang of it, and could have done more weight, but time was running out.  The worst part of the snatch balance is returning the bar to your shoulders.  I was bouncing it off my neck bone at first, which isn't pleasant.  I got a little better at the end by absorbing the shock through my legs, which helped.

WOD:
20 Rounds.  A little disappointed, I should have pushed for 21 rounds, but I *just* barely got 20 rounds in.  Besides being a little gassed, I am always a little soft on the run (especially because I didn't have my running shoes) to save my calves, which are gonna be ripped up for a few days now.  Excuses, I know, I should have tried to get 21 in.

Cash Out:
Shocker, all those dead hang pullups I have been doing to build strength really payed off.  I did 2,2,3,3,2.  You read that right, continuous muscle-ups!  Reset the grip, and back into it.  I was truly amazed.  After struggling for over a year to put muscle ups together, here I am banging out sets of 3.  Now, I really want to get after them to see if I can get that up to sets of 4,5,6.  Damn...yay me!
