I know my 1RM Back Squat is about 260, so I went with 210.  I was right there on effort, will try 215 next time.

WOD:
Nice WOD.  Got 9 Rounds on the AMRAP, which was solid.  I worked pretty quickly through the transitions.  Took a minute break and then it was onto the 2K row.  I have noticed since I don't row regularly, that I have fallen off a great deal.  It showed big time at the Throwdown, I finished about a minute behind where I wanted and most of that was the Row.  I felt a little better today.  Finished the first 500 well under 2:00, finished the second 500 just under 2, dropped a little on the 3rd 500 finishing just above 2:00, and was pulling in the low 2s until the last 200m where I opened up.  I was able to get my split back down to around 1:55, I was shocked I was able to do that.  Finished 7:58, which is not a good 2K time, but it isn't horrible after the AMRAP.

Cash Out:
Did the 50 wall ball at 10lbs unbroken, actually rather easy.  Next time, should pick up that 16lb ball.
