Muscle Ups - HSPUs - Burpees

Buy In:
Press 3x3 @ 80%

WOD:
15 min AMRAP
2 Muscle Ups
3 HSPUs
5 Burpees

Cash Out:
4x8 Weighted Step Ups

Did 140 lbs fine here.  That's 80% of 175, which is my new 1RM Target.

WOD:
Finished 10 Rounds.  Started out flying, first 3 rounds were continues.  At around the 4th minute or so, I just lost my form on the muscle ups and could not get it straight.  I must have missed 8 or 9 times in a row.  I wasn't keeping my elbows and arms in tight enough and let the rings get too wide, and I didn't pick up on it until almost 3 minutes went by.  After that, I re-grouped and was able to get the muscle ups with a lot fewer misses.  Pissed me off, I know for sure I could have gotten 11, and probably 12 or 13 if I hadn't "lost it" in the middle of the WOD.

Right now, my whole upper body is completely shot, nice post-WOD feeling.

Cash Out:
Did 125 lb step ups, not too bad.
