WOD:
21-18-15-12-9-6-3
Snatch, KB Swings, Toe To Rings

Results:
Finished 24:11, 95lb snatch, 50lb KB.  I was definitely a beat slower than I should have been.  That definitely happens when Snatches are in a workout.  I knew this was a long WOD, and it included my nemesis the Snatch, so I started out slow to get through the first two rounds, where we would be done almost half the workout.  I broke a TON on the Snatch.  At first, it was to try and preserve grip strength (KB and TTR will surely fry your grip fast).  By the end, I didn't have much left on the Snatch.  For the KBs, I broke once on 21, once on 18, once on 15, then went unbroken the rest of the way.  For the TTR, I never did them before, so I broke more than I should have the first 3 rounds, but I was unbroken on 12 the rest of the way as well once I got the hang of them.

My biggest problem was too much rest.  Should have kept it to 4 or 5 breaths and that's it.  Should have transitioned to each movement quicker as well.  I am definitely disappointed in the amount of rest I took, especially in the early rounds as I was "saving it".  I think with more push, I could have gotten in the 21s.  On the positive side, I definitely felt better on my snatches.  A fair amount of them were still "muscleing them up", but I had a lot more than usual that I would consider "good" snatches.

Also, this was my first ever 7am Crossfit WOD, so my body didn't really know what was going on, but I rather enjoyed it, had more energy than I thought I would.
