Power Snatch - Box Jumps

Buy In:
3x3 OHSQ

WOD:
8 Rounds
90 Second AMRAP
1 Power Snatch
3 30 inch Box Jumps
30 second rest between rounds

Cash Out:
5x10s L-Sit

Overhead Squats are one of my weakest movements, so I concentrated on form with the help of the coaches.  I did 95 lbs for 3 without much of an issue in strength, again it was mostly form.  Will have to do a lot more OHSQ to get these down.

WOD:
Did 85 lbs on the Power Snatch.  It is definitely my second weakest movement (behind OHSQ), so I went a little lighter than I should have.  Also never did 30 inch box jumps in a WOD before, and they were easier than I thought they would be.  24 inch box jumps should seem simple now.

Finished 6,5,5,5,5,5,5,6 for a total of 42 Rounds.  I paced myself after the first round, as each round I finished with about 16 seconds left, which would have been tough to get another round in.  I liked the WOD and my results, but I may have been able to sneak in another round or two, and should have went for 6 on round 7.  85lbs was a little light as well, should have went 95lbs on the Snatch.

Cash Out:
My core and legs were fried, so I did all 5 sets of L-Sits in the tuck position, normally I would try legs straight out, but it wasn't happening today.
