Did 199lbs, which is a little heavier than 75% of my 1RM, which currently is at 255. They were hard, but not too bad.
WOD:
Nice, fun WOD. I really need to work on my pullups, so you can't get better than this one.
Did the Dead Lift at 265, which again is slightly heavier than RX'd, but that is my MO.
Did 30 Pullups in the first round, and I could have gotten more but I was shocked I hit that number, and wanted to pace myself.
Did 24 Pullups in the second round, again I was shocked. I actually stopped with about 20 seconds to go to fix my tape that had broken. After round 2, it got tough.
Did 17 in Round 3, which was ok, but less than I wanted.
Finished 12, 12, 12 in the last 3 rounds. Very disappointed there. Except for Round 3 where I could have gotten more, the last two rounds was all I had. I was literally doing 2s.
Rested 1 minute then...
Did 24 inch box jumps for 2 minutes. I really tried to pace myself from the get go, and I did ok going all the way through. I may have been able to sneak in another 2 or 3, but I did what I could, 24 inch box jumps suck.
Cash Out:
I had zero strength to do any muscle ups, which stinks because I really want to get back at them. I did a few assisted muscle ups, but kind of bailed on them as we were short on time.
Great, great, great workout. I would not want to try muscle-ups after this workout, not enough in the tank with the grip and back exhausted. Other than that, another nice WOD.
