225 on the Front Squat, failed at 235.
WOD:
Finished 12:05. Definitely not my best effort. This weekend was full of really bad food with a good helping of alcohol, so I was not in good shape coming into today. Excuses aside, here is how I did.
- Unbroken on the Wall Ball
- broke only twice on the DUs.
- TTB were a little rough, broke 4 times there (ouch).
- Walking lunges I did in 10 rep sets, only breaking for 3 breaths in between. Could have sped these up
- The KB Swings were unbroken
- Squats I did in sets of 15, so I only broke 3 times for a few breaths. Could have sped these up as well
- Burpees I did unbroken at a constant pace. I think I paused for a breath at 25.
In hindsight, not a bad effort, just wish I would have moved faster through some of the movements and transitions. I could have been a minute faster.
