Buy In:
Did 199lb for the Back Squat, and that was right there as far as where I should be. I need to continue to work in those 5,4,3s for the Squats and get that strength up.
WOD:
Finished 7:06. I never did this many HSPUs in a WOD before, so I was nervous going in about when I would hit the wall. I did the first 30 10, 10, 5, 5, stronger than I thought I would. I broke 3 times on the 20, which also was amazing. The pullups I liked what I did until the end. Went unbroken on the pullups 10 and 20, which surprised me. The 30 pullups was tough. I did 10, then I was 4s, 3s, and 2s the rest of the way. Still gotta work on those pullups, but 60 is a nice number to get in for a WOD.
Cash Out:
I was pretty fried from the WOD, so I struggled with the muscle ups. But I stayed with it, and I was able to work through 4 singles. Gotta get more muscle up work in. Use the hips to start the swing seemed to get me over the hump.
