120lbs - this was fairly light, but that was the protocol for the day. We should attempt 125 next time.

This WOD was right there as far as intensity. It was not a killer WOD, but it wasn't easy. The last round I felt it and pushed through. The snatch maybe a little light, but my snatch still stinks, and I am not sure it got any better here. Should do 75 lb next time to add intensity, I think that is doable without totally killing my already bad form.
Cash Out:
Did the muscle up progressions no problem, on a blue band. I am feeling really good there. I attempted a real muscle up and failed. I am coming along, and it is only a matter of time.
