Ok, I know that anything overhead, I still suck at, so this was good practice.  Get under the bar, sounds easy don't it?  Well, its not, and it goes against every fiber of my being.  I worked through to 125 and got it, but I can't say it was pretty.  I need to get a bar at home or get to a different globo gym where I can do overhead stuff.  Good news is, my 1yr is up at my globo gym in another month, so it's time to find someplace that has a rower, and someplace that will let me move wait over my head (snatch, overhead squat, snatch balance, yadda yadda).

WOD:
Finished 11:29.  A little disappointed with at the end, I could have transitioned faster and got under 11.  I am still working on my TTBs.  When I get my kip going, I can rep them out quick.  When I don't get my kip going on the first rep, it takes a little while to get through.  I repped out about 4 of the rounds on the TTB, another 3 were half kip half slow, and the other 2 were slow the whole time.  That was definitely the difference between my time and a sub-10.  Not a bad WOD, but I should have pushed harder.  My clean and jerk was pretty solid at first.  Around the 8th round, I struggled once again to get under the bar.  Gotta keep working on getting down under the bar.

Cash Out:
Several funny moments on the cash out.  First, I haven't done 20lb dyna-balls in a long time, so I was definitely not used to the bulk of the ball and how to catch it.  I had about 5 or 6 bounce off my face as I struggled to catch them, I thought it was funny anyway.  Then, I thought it was 5 rounds, not a 5 minute AMRAP.  I looked up after round 5 at Micah and said "done".  He replied, "you got two minutes left".  Ouch.  I finished with 7 rounds.  I got a few good rounds together on the wallball, it wasn't all bad.  My pushups were tough, my chest was fried.  That last round I was doing 2s and 1s.
