Double Unders with HSPU - Push Press - Burpee

Buy In:
Front Press 5x4 @ 75% 1RM

WOD:
100 Double Unders
2 min AMRAP HSPU
100 Double Unders
2 min AMRAP Push Press 95lbs
100 Double Unders
2 min AMRAP Burpees

Cash Out:
Muscle Ups

Results:
Buy In:
Did 170lbs, which is 75% of 230, my 1RM Front Press is 225.

WOD:
Finished with the calculated time of 10:47, not exactly sure how it is calculated.
Started STRONG, the first 100 Double Unders I finished in 1:14, did 98 unbroken (PR!).
Followed that with only 20 HSPU, which I was disappointed in, but the DUs fatigue the shoulders.
Broke a fair bit on the next set of DUs, not sure how long it took, but it was no 1:14.  I was able to string together some nice sets of 20 or so.
Did 23 Push Press, my shoulders were basically shot.  Did 6,6,4,4,3.
The last set of DUs were tough.  I was able to get into rhythm, but found myself only being able to string together 15s, shoulders were fried.
The Burpees may have been the toughest part, finished with a disappointing 27, but it was all I had.

Really, really exhausting WOD, much harder than I thought it would be.  The burpees at the end were aweful.  A little disappointed with my time, but at the end, I really had nothing left, I fought for every damn burpee.

Cash Out:
I was able to do 3 consecutive muscle ups, then did a few sets of 2s and 1s.
